This is worst company with worst customer service ever i saw they block my number without any explanation i mailed them more then 50 times but no response i sent all id no response nothing happened still my number block they don't have any customer care number they have chat facilities but they only said system block and chat end worst company in the world
If someone complain about spam they must have to study about it they must have to ask proof of spam with the reporter we are using this viber for business and in business there is many competitor maybe they can complain like i am spammer viber must have to improve their service its too much weak for customer customer service i am one of unsatisfied customer of viber company i hope they will review my request and unblock it as soon as possible
