I bought a mobile phone and when I received it, it was not charging and not switching on, I contacted support joom they wanted a proof I sent it to them and they said it was not convincing and now I have lost my my and I don't have the mobile which I paid for.

Tip for consumers:
Please don't waste your money like I did.
