This company appear to use advertising companies that send spam to random people in unsolicited mailings that attempt to drum them up business. Please stop sending your junk to people who don't ask for it!

Another in a long line of companies who use spamming as a cheap means of attempting to drum up trade. Absolute, unsolicited junk.

Yet another company that uses unsolicited emailing to drum up business. Comapnies like this have lists of email addresses that they bombard with junk.

As far as courier/ transport services go, Drummond were very good and the driver who delivered our furniture today went above and beyond by helping us get our 64kg package inside the house when his remit was only kerbside delivery. Much appreciated.

Another company that sends SPAM out to businesses; the equivalent of cold-calling. Please stop sending spam. It reflects poorly on your business.

As the bars of our societal prison appear from every direction this website gives you a clear explanation of why Central bank Digital Currency (CBDC) will be the death knell for all of us if enough people sleep walk their way into more 'convenience'. Educate yourself on the trap that CBDC will bring and start using cash again if you value freedom.

In a sea of misinformation, disinformation and propaganda, it can be difficult to find reliable sources of truth that hasn't been put through the World Economic Forum contaminator. The Expose gives you it straight and will help you see past the Woke Movement's propagandised version of world events, including the Covid scandal that has ruined so many lives.

The news the mainstream media hides under propaganda and spin has to be rooted out by people who are genuinely interested in seeing the truth beyond the lies. Globalresearch.ca is one of my bookmarked sites for this reason. Highly recommended.

The Light paper is one of my trusted sources of news in our darkened world. If you think the 'woke agenda' is truth, then you may be following a pack of well-spun lies generated from the shadows of our world via the World Economic Forum and the many other evil places that perpetrate violence masquerading as concern. The Light paper will help you see through the falsehoods peddled around mainstream news.

UK Column is a breath of fresh air in a declining world of obfuscation and misdirection from corporate-owned, mainstream 'news'. Honest, morally aware, conscientious and concerned are just some of the words I would use to describe UK Column's researchers and presenters. If you want some insightful analysis on current world events from decent people then UK Column is the place to go. Thank you to everyone who contributes to this wonderful source of truth in a world thick with lies issued from high places.

I watched one of qtsgroups vans speeding up to stop drivers entering a lane on the M8 through Glasgow tonight (registration RV70 RVW). Absolutely shocking conduct from a representative of this company.

This company sends unsolicited, unwanted SPAM out to businesses in an effort to make a profit. It's the equivalent of junk mail posted through your letterbox and a loathesome practice. Apolonydigital.com, please keep your SPAM to yourself.

It's not often I can give five stars to a business these days, as the standards are now so universally low. But electricshop.com did everything right and I received my order as described and on time. Thank you very much for a 1st class service and prices to match. Will definitely shop with you again.

I've never come across such poor taxi drivers in my life. Driving under the speed limit, inconsiderate, and no turn signals. It may be part of jacking up the fares or just plain ignorance, but avoid them like the plague.

I've come to the conclusion that all banks are awful. Some are just more awful than others. I switched to Barclays because their app seemed to be more functional than HSBC. After a couple of weeks of awful app chat customer service, it's the same sh!t, different bank. Awful, awful incompetent customer service agents.

Other problems include poor balance updates on account balance after you make a payment. The search goes on for a morally-driven bank (oxymoron) that cares about human beings and the planet at the same time.

Words fail me in writing a review of HMRC self-assessment income tax as a process. The website and access to it; the language and terminology they use; the navigation; the convolution of payment and calculation information; the circularity of trying to get help from a website that directs you to a phone number whose voice messages direct you back to the website. I'm absolutely disgusted by HMRC and the British Government that continues to fail the people of the UK in so many ways. A simple process is made stupendously complex, not due to it being intrinsically complex, but by the sheer incompetence of the bureaucrats that work for the UK Government. Just doing my self-assessment today has allowed me to make up my mind about leaving this country, so disgusted am I at the shambles they have made of everything. Even trying to pay them proves to be plagued by problems and the same frustrating, stupidly flawed website they have created.

If HMRC has deliberately created a system designed to cause stress to citizens then it is working brilliantly.

  • HSBC UK

After numerous attempts to pay for things online using my HSBC card, and numerous attempts to resolve declined payments via their customer services, I've finally decided to switch banks as HSBC is just abysmal. Their customer service chat seems to be based in India, and staff have been absolutely awful in communications. Once you fight your way through the stupid AI chatbot and eventually get to a person, they don't respond to whatever you say - just leave you hanging whilst they do whatever. So the impression is that there is no-one on the end of your call. Customer service effectiveness is sorting problems is zero, as they usually end up giving you a phone number to call. It's good riddance to HSBC.

Repeatedly having to enter security info just to login to the HSBC app is another reason to avoid this bank

Tip for consumers:
Use another bank

  • Mountain Warehouse

Mountain Warehouse is an okay source of reasonably cheap outdoor 'made in China' clothing. They use fairly cheap marketing tactics for selling e.g. 2 for 1 seems built into their sales model.

The main downside for me:

1.They use EVRI/ Hermes to deliver: one of the most corrupt, unreliable and hated delivery companies in the world, who do not care a jot about their customers. For this reason I won't order another thing from Mountain Warehouse as I'm boycotting any company that uses EVRI/ Hermes. On re-ordering an item, EVRI/ Hermes have now 'lost' (read stolen) another parcel and I won't be using Mountain Warehouse again due to their use of this thieving courier company.
2. Customer Services is unresponsive and useless in addressing the core issue. I had to repeatedly chase them for a month to get a refund on an item I returned. They just kept ignoring emails about it and finally responded when I used the online chat. Even then, the process was laborious and very frustrating.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use them unless you want to support EVRI/ Hermes. Returns are not free and the return service by In-Post is extremely slow. Customer Service very ineffective and refunds frustrating and extremely slow too.

What on earth is the point of tracking if it tells you lies? Royal Mail tracking has said my order would be delivered today before 8pm. I've waited in all day and it never arrived. This is a 24 hour tracked service. I didn't think Royal Mail could get any worse than it is, but evidently the company isn't bothered by negative reviews, of which there are many. Combined with Royal Mail staff who seem to have absolutely no basic courtesy either at the counter or on the doorstep, Royal Mail is a disaster of a service to the public.

Yesterday I sent valuables using their Special Delivery guaranteed by 1pm next day with 'free' collection service. I thought this would save me a trip to the local delivery office. It hasn't arrived next day and the contents are £1300. Telephone advisor said that because it was collected from me they add an extra day onto it for delivery! These people make it up as they go along. I spent an extra day stressing about whether it'd be delivered or if some dodgy RM worker would steal it!. As it turned out, the recipient wasn't at home so I diverted it to his local Post Office. But the postman went to the address, found no-one home, and instead of redirecting it as requested, faked the recipient's signature and left the item hanging out of the letterbox. The addressee got home this evening and saw the whole thing on his doorbell camera.

Royal Mail customer services are atrocious. They send cut and pasted generic replies that ignore the content of your emails, necessitating having to email them again and again. I'm disgusted by how bad their customer services are, second only to EVRI/ Hermes.

So, the moral of the story is that you can spend your money on Royal Mail Special Delivery next day, and they'll take 2 days to deliver it, fake the signature, and leave it in an insecure location! If you need to complain or seek compensation, then good luck, because all indications are that they will botch this too and you may end up with nothing.

Tip for consumers:
There is nothing guaranteed about anything Royal Mail does, other than they are guaranteed to mess it up somehow. Special Delivery is just a more expensive version of ordinary delivery. Royal Mail are now almost as untrustworthy as Hermes/ EVRI

Between nuisance phone calls from Yell.com trying to get you to buy advertising, to their deleting my business listing and all of my reviews without any warning, Yell.com has proven to be the worst review site I've used. I spent 30 minutes trying to get my deleted listing re-listed via their online chat, but nothing happened despite promises. I've now deleted Yell.com from my feedback requests from clients.
