Several years ago I bought Pepejeans sneakers, literally after three weeks of wearing them and the sole fell off and both of them. As you can see from the attached photo, there was a factory defect. The sole was soldered to the base.
I wrote a letter to the manufacturer's support service and after a while received a response from a support specialist named Mara, who requested additional photos and additional information. It was at the end of 2020. Then, Russia was covered by the coronavirus pandemic, and I myself and my family fell ill with Covid-19, and I didn't have time for this story... in June 2021, I finally had free time and I sent the requested information to the manufacturer, but I never received an answer...
I believe that the behavior of the manufacturer does not correspond to the level of the Pepejeans brand.
