I requested a refund via email 10/29/19 due to horrifically poor quality material and bad fitting neckline cuts so low my breasts hang out on 3 dresses and 1 shirt. They asked for pics of items with tags. No tags on clothes only on cheap clear plastic bags so I sent them 4 pics of each item in their respective clear tagged bags. Then they asked for pics of defects on each clothing item. I replied that there were no visible defects but the material and cut were horrible and unwearable. They refused to provide any return address or authorization or directions. They don't respond to requests for refunds of my $122. I filed a claim through PayPal, it didn't do anything and seller never responded, PayPal closed case 2 days later. I filed a claim with my bank, still awaiting results. I would never ever buy anything from them. Their customer service is non existent, they don't process returns, their company name changes on ACH/bank. It's obvious they are foreign, non-English 1st language by wording on emails. DO NOT BUY THEIR CRAP!
