Don't order from zaful, it is a complete scam. I ordered £99.58 worth of clothes under the promise of 'free shipping'. I received order confirmation and waited quite a while, then I started receiving multiple text messages a day requesting £20. This was very worrying as it appeared like a scam and I do not want to put my details into this, so I have not received my order, that I spent a lot of money on. I contacted zaful on facebook (the only way to contact them) and they were extremely unhelpful, stating that sometimes people need to pay additional money. Do not order from zaful! If zaful can resolve this issue, then I will update this review accordingly.

Do not order anything online from this clothing company! I paid for my order (*******) and never received it! I then checked on their tracking service and it stated that my order had been delivered and signed for which never happened! I then emailed customer service twice and never heard anything back. They clearly do not care about their customers and their customer service is non existent! I will update this review if I hear back from them and am to receive my order!

Tip for consumers:
Do not order anything online from this site, you may never receive it and nothing will be done about it!

After waiting almost a month for my order, I have received my clothing today. Whilst this was very frustrating, I am very happy with the actual clothes and found them to be accurately described. Therefore I would recommend that you order from this site, as long as you are prepared for the lengthy waiting time and allow for this. However a few of the items are not my style (nothing is wrong with them) and wish to return them. I have contacted romwe directly and asked how to go about this, so will update this review on how easy it was to return the clothing (I have had them less than one day and they are all in perfect condition in the original packaging) and how quickly my money was refunded into my account.
