Joanns said my online purchase was ready for pickup. Got home one item was broken, missing glass, taped to display card. Who does this to customers?

My local Joann store said my online purchase was ready for pick up. When I got home, opened bag, one item was broken, they used tape to hold it to display card. Who does that to a customer? I refuse to online/delivery ever again. Takes too long, my last delivery ended up in another state. Bad customer service.
