We bought some Pandora charms from this website. It looked like it was based in the UK, but after placing the order (and after doing a quick whizz round looking for negative reviews), the alarm bells started ringing. The confirmation email came from a gmail account pandoraservice2016 and the tracking information said the goods were coming from China. The credit card transaction was under the name DARGNANI.
When they turned up, the charms were fake. Not even good fakes. So I sent them an email saying I wanted a refund and didn't even wait for a response before getting onto my credit card, who reveresed the transaction straight away.
This looks like the sort of company that will disappear over night, and the reappear with a different name, so I didn't give them the benefit of the doubt.
I have, of course, found out since, that pandora have a set list of approved traders...
And after all this, I altered the url slightly to remove the uk from jewelrysoutletuk and found a message which seems to show that it has done similar things in the past with Tiffany's.
Thank you for your feedback,
Please accept my apologies for my delay in responding as this was not a platform that we have monitored previously.
