Terrible customer service, lost bids on 2 purchases due to delays with paper work submissions and bad advice, he took other calls every 2 minutes and kept me on forever holds, seemed short tempered, and just overall incompetent. I ended up with different broker who got the job done in half the time with no hassle. Would NEVER use this guy again.

Never had a correct answer if I could ever get a call back, showed me the worst deals that would make him the most commission, unreliable, short tempered, smelled like he never heard of deodorant, and then called the city to make false claims about my own house when I was selling it after he saw on MLS that I was not using him as an agent for all of the above reasons. This guy is a loser. I wish I had known better but just hope this helps someone else avoid this incompetent fool. He must use friends or fake names to post good reviews about himself because in my experience he is a nightmare.
