This wasn't a smooth purchase. Their system wouldn't accept my desired dimensions so I had to go through customer support. I sent them the schematic drawing, with dimensions, by the manufacturer and they initialed the order. Then they wanted a picture. For what I don't know. The drawing had all the dimensions on it. Two days later I get an email that they canceled my order and that I would get a refund, no explanation of why. The next day I get an email that my item had shipped. The item arrived and I'm not real happy with the fit but it's functional.

We had purchased tickets to a concert that was to be held in May, it was rescheduled due to Covid19, when we were notified of the change, we were told we had the option for a refund due to the circumstances. The concert has been rescheduled again to October due to Covid. We are not able to attend the concert and requested a refund. They are refusing to refund the tickets now.

Its a DIY site, and they appear to have some great projects for people to do our build. Looks legit with ads on the sides columns, expected on a site I guess. When you click on the link provided to build read about the project, it just forwards you on to ad sites and sites downloading cookies, you never can get to the promised land.
