Worst experience ever! I ordered a muffler and pipe system (Black Series) from Carid. It never showed up for months. I finally tracked (1Z4XR*******111) it to a location where it sat for a month. After contacting customer service they filed a claim and investigation with the carrier. They wouldn't ship a new set until after they received their claim. Moths later I received the new set but the box was severely damaged and wasn't even the right color (silver). I shipped it back and received the next set. It also was damaged and wrong color (silver). After explaining this all to the customer service, they found out that the manufacturer doesn't make it in black even though when I do a Carid search for Black Series and my model truck this page shows up https://www.carid.com/mbrp/installer-series-aluminized-steel-cat-back-exhaust-system-mpn-s5114al.html?singleid=*******602&utm_source=email&utm_medium=order&utm_campaign=order_notification_mail and it shows a black system. I finally settled with the silver set but had to put something on my truck. The only part that was damaged THIS TIME was the pipe end caps that come in it's own sealed parts box. I called customer service AGAIN to get just the end caps replaced but because I already put the pipes and muffler on, they said NO REFUND FOR YOU! So I'm stuck with a dented end cap and a bad purchasing experience.

We are terribly sorry to know your wheels arrived damaged.
We do not pack the parts on our own, still, the shipment docs at the warehouses are equipped with all the proper tools and material packaging, as well as all packages pass final quality control prior to being given to the carrier. Unfortunately, even such measures cannot 100% guarantee safe delivery due to possible complications in transit. We all know bad things happen.
