I purchased Nokia 5310 6 months back, i returned product within 2 days after i received, as it was damaged, battery was not working and phone was totally in non-working condition.
They aid to return and they will refund in bank account.
Still today they have not refunded amount. Doing fraud with customers, taking items back and not refunding the amount.
