My overall experience with this company has been unsatisfactory. The customer service, including the live chat, and website functionality fell short of expectations. The most recent issue with an incorrect order of prescription Prada sunglasses, after a significant wait, only added to the disappointment. I would not patronize this business again and would advise others to seek alternative providers.

We ordered a comforter set for for our son on 12-9-2021 and it was supposed to arrive on 12-21-2021.
We don't hear anything for 11 days so I email them asking for status and they respond with someone will get back to you
Next day we are told it's out of stock
Why would you take our money and then tell us 12 days later the item is out of stock
I had to email them to get an answer
They haven't even mentioned anything about a refund
Going to file a complainer with my credit card company
Awful company and do not recommend
This company is a fraud and give you bogus followers and the same ones with different names. They create multiple fake profiles and put the same pictures of people in different profiles. I reached out to them to cancel my request because they are ruining my page and no response. 24/7 support is bs.

As stated on our site and at the time of purchase, our typical production time is as follows:
Single vision (general use/near vision): approximately 2-4 business days
Multifocal / bifocal / tinted lenses / polycarbonate lenses: approximately 6 business days
Shipping can take between 5-10 business days, depending on the Courier:
Standard (free): up to 7-10 business days
Expedited (additional fee): up to 5-7 business days
Express (additional fee): up to 3-5 business days
According to the tracking details, your glasses were produced and delivered well within the timeline.
