Recently my daughter has bought a dress from website promgarden.com for her prom. She fell in love with the way it looked in the pictured displayed on the website. Unfortunately it does not look anything like the display. According to number one of the return policy, this is a quality problem. In the return policy, it specifically states "The dresses can be returned to promgarden with the obvious defects as follows..." In the list of the quality problems you stated "huge deviation between the receiving and the one displayed on our website" and "poor quality of workmanship." My daughter now has no dress to wear! PROM-GARDEN WILL NOT REFUND HER MONEY UNDER IT'S OWN POLICY. AS OF April 21,2016 SHE PAID $174.00 *******@promsgarden.com
Tip for consumers:
Not a good Company. Don't buy from promgarden.com !!!! Spend maybe a little more at a local area for a prom dress and you will save time and money. Now we have to call our credit company and hope for the best and maybe never get our money back in the amount of $174.00 *Note: My daughter may not be going to a prom with out a dress, We just don't have the extra cash for a new dress coming up soon.
