Recently my daughter has bought a dress from website promgarden.com for her prom. She fell in love with the way it looked in the pictured displayed on the website. Unfortunately it does not look anything like the display. According to number one of the return policy, this is a quality problem. In the return policy, it specifically states "The dresses can be returned to promgarden with the obvious defects as follows..." In the list of the quality problems you stated "huge deviation between the receiving and the one displayed on our website" and "poor quality of workmanship." My daughter now has no dress to wear!
