Avoid Maytag refrigerators! The light assembly fails after 2 years the replacement is 55 plus tax and of course you pay shipping-this product

Products used:
Disgusting maytag refrigerator. High price and pathetic quality. After 2 years the led lights flicker and drive me crazy-my wife hates the product also. The replacement costs about 57$ plus postage and tax for maybe 2 years. Do not buy maytag as I would like samsung much better. Sad a good American company has gone to low standards. Never again maytag refrigerator.

Took Hulu live and paid an extra $7 a month to avoid commercials excepting ESPN+ which was fine. I was watching a taped NCAA football game and I could fast forward past the commercials and when the finger was off the remote Hulu so generously took me back to the start of the commercials. I have 3 phone numbers for customer service and each one says we do not take calls go to hulu help online. Never can get taken care of with wait times that are absurd-e.g. You are 65 in the queue and above! Avoid this rip off provider-I am going back to Fubo when this contract runs out. Lies and promises not me. I also filed a BBB complaint and this seems to be a common practice for this company. They have under a 1.2 rating and that says so much.

Bought a GE range based on a lot of positive reviews and let me mention I have not a thing positive to say about them. We used the grill most of the summer and when the weather got cold we decided to use the broiler. Worked for 5 uses and then shut the complete range down with an overheat error code. I checked thermocouples as well as elements for resistance and all checked fine. BTW if you think it is easy to do anything on this "unit", not so. You could not even access the devices from the front as after removing the mounting screws the wiring harness went into the body. This unit is extremely expensive to service as I had to remove two access covers and unlike our Maytag appliances this unit has very sharp edges and nothing is bent flat. Really a piece of junk. GE wrote and wanted to know the problem so I gave them a complete troubleshooting report and that is the last I have heard from GE. Their ads are quite misleading too-the home appliance division is owned by Haier since 2016, a Chinese company. All I can say is gee don`t buy GE. It looks like the problem may be a control module very expensive and I will probably buy a Whirlpool product as they have been very solid performers for us.

Figured I would try their special for a month. Boy what a major mistake-they want extra $$$ to get 4K-a freebie with Fubo. Very clumsy to operate and that is rather surprising as google is not new to video but the system is very lame. Near impossible to erase a recording is a big negative as navigation gets more and more cluttered-believe they are purged after 9 mos and I am not staying past a month. Be aware they do not have the History or Science channel. Now for the recordings-with 25$ Philo-and $8 Frndly you can zip past commercials, in well over 75% of the cases that is not possible with youtubetv. Just love to spend a chunk of money and get 20 mins of commercials in a 60 minute program. They are so desperate for commercials that India commercials are televised. Really can think of little positive to say-well one positive it was pretty easy to cancel. Will be going back to Fubo for the football season and to either Philo or Frndly for off season. Also had problems and managed to find a working line to them and after that with DVR lockups the phone line directed you to their website with zero answers and zero help.

Tip for consumers:
Probably look at other options-Fubo-Hulu Live, etc.

Was told that sling would carry the Stanley Cup playoffs-it is true to a point but they do not honor the rest of the contract. You get 50 hours of DVR service-I had 30 hours left so I want to tape the playoff series due to my work schedule. Tried to tape the game and there was no provision for taping so I called sling customer service and was informed that taping was not available so I asked for a refund and was going to switch to a decent provider, and was told that is not possible. Tough is basically their response. Had them before and had issues with the DVR-sometimes it fails to save where you are watching an event and you must go back to the start again. Guess I should not have been surprised as the owner is Dish network. Too many good streaming companies to waste time and money with the likes of sling.
Update-after the weekend the DVR which supposedly worked failed miserably. When you tried to watch a college world series game all you got was an orange loading circle-just beyond pathetic.

From websites that are not functional-you get wait-wait-wait until you are forced to give up. Products are at the best average and the costs are high. The final straw was today-bought a blister pack of three outdoor patio hinges-got to the last one and it was defective-the spring for closure was broken. That should not be a problem right-wrong-the people wanted me to take off the two decent hinges so they could make an exchange. It would be 2 good hinges and one defective one just like opening a pack and taking a good one out and adding the defective one. Real brains there. Every store needs a jingle and I feel-You can`t go any lower than Lowes we don`t try. Is so very fitting. Ordered molding with 7 ft lengths and they said the order would be filled-sure was with 10 ft lengths and a very unwanted cost increase. Order stated 7 ft, burnt gas needlessly. Today called corporate and they said they were overwhelmed with complaints(gee surprise) they said we can call you back press 1-pressed one and was told I am 15 in the queue. Inept and should go bankrupt.

Try any other supply for home repairs.

Asked for a quotation on auto insurance and refused their safe driving big brother app., I made it very well known there is way too much looking at my personal business in today`s world. It was not a matter of poor driving as I drove many miles for a utility in all sorts of inclement weather and have not had a ticket in over 35 years. The agent agreed on the spy app. I paid for a year of insurance as I do not care to be bothered with 6 mos. Renewals. Bottom line 1 month after paying in full I am being billed for over $70 for denying their safe driving app. Tried to call the agent, texted, and left voice mail and was totally ignored. Mailbox is full and does not respond. Finally I spoke to a clerk and she said everyone is calling with the same complaint and I asked her my agent? Oh no, all of them do the same and people are angry. Wrote to the BBB and the customer rating for Liberty Mutual is 1.11 out of 5-you can`t get much lower than that and a decent sample size of 722 customers. I turned in a complaint and the home office wanted me to write which I did and there was no response. Certainly a company to avoid. Plain unethical.

Tip for consumers:
Be very aware of lying quotes-low ball numbers that come back after your payment with more funds are due.

Bought a Genie garage door opener and there were several parts missing and the manual says do not return to store and they give a number to call. Took them over 2 hours to return my call and the they stated I will have to pay a processing and postage fee to get the parts they shorted me! I told them it is 100% unacceptable and I wanted to speak to a supervisor-well that got me a promise they would call me in 2-4 DAYS-this company is to be avoided. I should have stayed with Chamberlain as they have been excellent.

Did not start out too well with them-they wanted 3 credit searches from every credit rater-I was informed they would do them as one so it would only count as one hard credit interrogation. I agreed and released all 3 freezes for two days. After the third day they called and said they needed an Equifax report and I told them they were all released at one time so it would only count as one hit on my credit rating-the answer well we failed to get all three so you will have to release it again. I told them absolutely not and also that is the reason I put a freeze on my credit. They said they could not approve me without the equifax report-they admitted the other two agencies were alike so I called corporate in Tx and after 5 days of hate they passed on Equifax. Sold my home and kept the note alive for 6 months which is good on the credit report-paid over $345K dollars from the checking account no problems-bottom line to pay the final $483 I had to pay to wire funds to them as my checking was not adequate in the meager little minds to pay the note off. Went through all the hoops and called them regarding the $750+ they owed me in escrow and gave them wire instructions to my bank and they laughed and said that will never happen. Then they said we have 20 business days to return your money and it will be processed near the end without any interest either! Very disgusting company to do any business with-have dealt with Citizens and other firms-NEVER should have used benchmark-big error and their fees for origination of the loan were higher than competitors when all the fees were added which they did not notify me of until the note and deal was nearly completed. Disreputable for sure!

They did not offer a free trial as I used youtube before and that disqualifies me. So no trial. Avoid the service. Had to leave the program and thought nothing of resuming it-obviously it is way above their capabilities. No every time you leave a taped program you have a choice of start from beginning or go to live. Very burdensome when watching a football game. Within an hour I asked for my money back due to being extremely unhappy with the "service" and was told I could watch and "enjoy" the service for the rest of my paid period. In other words no refunds and no trials-my advice do not use this service. BTW they mention 4K service but a little later they post the cost for that addition too. Just plain terrible-customer support-you have to email them and then they will call you when they feel they have a moment. No operating outside lines for the customer.

Have had credit for 42 years no late payments and a FICO score of 843-discover would not raise my credit limit above their paltry $5K-their reason I did not have a large enough balance. I could not use them for a household move or many larger purchases that exceeded their ridiculous limit. They also take for ever to post rewards-just a purely inept company. Save yourself grief as Chase Freedom has been excellent and post rewards and special offers promptly.

Tip for consumers:
Watch all of their billing closely-rewards are frequently not credited if applied to your outstanding balance.

Well they got a class action lawsuit when it was called Angi`s list and obviously the same problems exists with a change of name. Two times I used themponce to mow the home on a property in another state we were moving to and it was not done but billed. The neighbor took maintenance of the lawn under his wing thankfully. They refunded money on that one Today we took a day off to allow a plumber to pull CSST flexble tubing infor a propane line and he did not show but we were billed yet again and this time they refuse to refund the monies, you have to give a charge card before work is assigned. Charged then refunded but today no show and billed. I wasted a vacation day waiting for someone who did not show. Happen to be on a golf course and work was being done on the sand trap across from the home. The workers said two people came to the home all day both were USPS, I would think long and hard before using this firm.

Tip for consumers:
Think twice and twice again and avoid the grief.

Sold our home in Mi. And told allstate repeatedly do not renew home or car insurance and they acknowledge it and gave me the phone number of an agent in Ky. Never in the office and when I did reach her her phone dropped me after about a minute-tried again same result and she never initiated a call. To top it off they DID renew home and auto insurance to the tune of $2,500 out of my checking against my direct orders-they have had it for 7 days now and ignored my calls(always she will call you back). So today I left a message that I am writing reviews on Sitejabber and also calling state of Mi. Tomorrow to the DIFS which is the state insurance agency. What if my checking would have been lower and checks could have bounced courtesy of their false charges. My personal mailbox was always filled with nonsense to further irritate me. One year of the bozo insurance agency. Never again!

This firm-also own Trulia-if for brokers. My home had 2338 views and 68 saves and not a call via zillow. When you type in contact agent your email appears. I tried it no response and had both daughters try it and it is a scam-no action. We listed with a broker who said it is basically a platform for their forthcoming brokerage adventure. I would avoid it as all you get are calls from brokers wanting to list your home. I asked a question-no phone response for sellers only agents-it has been 3 days and nothing-"we will get back to you ASAP" counting 4 days now and the question was regarding failures in their system to notify me of potential buyers. Bad news place!

Tip for consumers:
It is free and worth as much-don`t expect any real help selling a home. It will ensure your phone never stops with brokers wanting to list your home.

Always so angry and sad after having to put a loved pet to sleep but I never realized it was the cold, uncaring vet hospital tables and waiting rooms that played into the feelings. We had to put down our 14.5 yr old dog and the home hospice vet was awesome. She arrived in street clothes-took time to know my dog while petting him and gave us all the time in the world and after wrote some comforting words and an invite to call and hopefully relieve the grief. Wonderful service and caring vets. Never will I go to a vet`s office for an end of life procedure.

Tip for consumers:
It may take a couple of days to arrange for a vet.

Well the first week was excellent and then everything went downhill fast. We would watch a program for 50 minutes and would be unable to finish the mystery or program. We decided to tape a program and in an hour program we were inundated with 34 commercials and to add insult to it all you had to wait when it downloaded commercial 1 of 6-2 of 6-etc. Plain disgusting-I have called tech support repeatedly about problems with their DVR service cutting out and now we get a message "we are having difficulties currently with that issue-check back later"! If you enjoy this abuse by all means go with this streaming concern. They also for lots of Spanish programming-useless to me-understand they served Latino areas first.

Stay away if you value your sanity.

Humana has a habit of refusing payment so there are no neuro-surgeons in a 2 million metro area that accepts this "insurance". Any CAT or MRI scans needed are not possible. You have to find a G. P. willing to write scripts for it and it is a nightmare. 8 procedures were refused payment when I was in the hospital and I appealed every one to arbitration-arbitrator was in total agreement so Humana sent a letter out to complete the resolution. You can finish the case on the net or phone-they ask for a number, not recognized on either means and of course no humans to talk to in order to resolve the issue. Try calling complaint number and your chances of a completion are slim as they are always experiencing Higher than normal call volume. Obviously a lot of dissatisfaction. I have diabetes and you can google it but all testing and measuring supplies are covered in full by Medicare-unless you have Humana and 6 months and counting with a different refusal for every claim. I believe their policy is to beat you down and they win. Friends in Wi. Are experiencing the same problems. She has a ruptured disc, can not walk and is intense pain and had to wait for 13 days for an approval for an MRI which did not show the problem, same cycle repeated until the disc was found. You receive unsolicited colo-rectal test kits and 3 calls a week over nonsense. Two different employers provide this insurance as it is most obviously bottom tier. If you value decent coverage avoid this provider, frankly I get more timely and humane treatment from my vet.

Joined Vidgo and 4 times tried to stream the service with a ROKU device which has the system updated and it says gathering your channels and sends you back to a complete login and repeats the same nonsense. Called
Vidgo and they said they are working on an update-asked them when it will be released and got an "in the future" answer so I asked for a refund and they said they could not do that. In other words we will bill you for services and not provide you with any. BAD news company steer clear of Vidgo.

For $20 a month with unlimited DVR it can`t be beat if you have an antenna and can watch sports on broadcast TV. Never a problem with streaming and has AHC, History, Science, Travel, HGTV, A&E, AMC, DIY, etc. Misses are Sci Fi and some business channels. Worth a look if your needs are met with such a service and for the buck a great deal.
