They are not answering emails, and their phone number is (when you call the second time, oddly), redirected to what seems to be an out of service number in America! I was keen to place an order, as they are local to me, so I thought that might be a way to overcome 'kerbside delivery' problems I've been experiencing from other retailers and manufacturers. When I got to response I checked Trustpilot and Google reviews. All the latest reviews are awful. It's also reported that they're reselling tanks built by https://ndaquatics.co.uk/ I'd have gone to them directly, but delivery is a problem.
Tip for consumers:
Read the reviews on all the review sites. If you do decide to go ahead with this company, make sure your bank/credit card company will support you in the event that a chargeback is necessary. If it were an option for me, I would go directly to the company from whom some reviewers have reported that they are buying the tanks https://ndaquatics.co.uk/
