I often go to WebMD if I have an ailment I'm unsure what it is. The symptom checker is quite handy and I love how detailed and clear the information is. Clear enough that I even can understand it.

I love the products from Mozilla. I've been using Firefox for ages. Lots of add-ons and very stable.

NaturalNews gets worse and worse. The first time I discovered this site years ago, it was somewhat OK. However, during the years, the author thought to infuse his worldview and political agenda into the "news" articles. What frightens me is that there seems to be a whole lot of people who believe that crap.

The fearmongering and the spread of half-thruths and flat out lies this site spreads is ridiculous. A simple Google search and basic fact-checking debunks 99.9% of all claims by NaturalNews. Lately, the guy behind this site promotes an "alternative" search engine that indexes search results from sites that contain similar pseudo-science, pseudo-news, hysteria and other garbage. This weirdo should know that there are already dozens of alternatives to Google, Bing, Yahoo etc. I would recommend DuckDuckGo. Just try out GoodGopher and compare the crappy results you get.

The only thing positive I can mention is that I learned about a new RO water filter that works pretty well. Nonetheless, just one star. I simply hate how this supposed health and wellness site is full of political opinion and fake news.

Last week I bought two hair color cremes and received as a free bonus a developer for each. The customer service is very helpful and helped me find the right products. The return service is fast and painless. 85% of the products I purchased from this store are great and of high quality. Rare are the occasions I meet a product that's bad. Yet, I don't worry much about that as I can return stuff easily without hassle. Sally Beauty is definitely worth a visit if you need beauty supplies.

Tip for consumers: Check out how many free (bonus) products I got from my last order in the picture I uploaded :D

If you're a newbie in food fermenting, I highly recommend Cultures for Health. It provides very active cultures and ship them fast to you. I bought vegan yogurt culture, tempeh starter and Miso. The yogurt and tempeh starter never failed me, I can't tell about the Miso starter as I haven't had the time testing it so far. As a newbie, I was a bit unsure about the yogurt getting ready so I contacted customer service through chat (no phone support), good thing is I never had to wait for a live person. Customer service simply told me to wait 2 - 4 hours more. He was right. The yogurt was great after almost 16 hours. I had also other questions and got them answered fast. The chat support is really very responsive and professional. Also all products I received come with very easy to follow and detailed instructions so it's almost foolproof ;)

Tip for consumers: Use live chat for quick support

Recently, I discovered Hoxx.com when I was looking for a VPN service so I could watch a BBC program on Firefox. I experienced no lagging while streaming video. I also use it on my laptop while commuting to safely connect to public wi-fi. Let me tell you that there are over 50 servers spread across the globe! The installation is dead simple: simply install the add on for Firefox or other browser like Chrome and you're done. Simply go to Hoxx.com/download and there you find the right extension for your browser. There's also an extension for Chrome but I mainly use Firefox. So if you need some privacy or unblock a site, use Hoxx, it's awesome and you will love it like I do. And it's so easy to choose a location or to turn it on/off Hoxx.

Tip for consumers: Check out the nice menu provided by Hoxx to change server

I've been a Life Extension member for over 6 years Shipment is very fast. I'm always satisfied with the products and services provided by Costco. You get high quality items at a low price, generous return policy and you can't find almonds at a better price than at this store :D

I had some annoying issues with my Inspiron Desktop but got it solved quickly with Dell's customer service. I got the motherboard replaced and now my PC is working fine. It's rare to see a company that still provides such excellent customer service where they take even the time to call you and follow up on your issue making sure everything is resolved. This makes more likely and confident to buy another Dell down the road.

PineConeResearch is a great company if you like taking surveys in your spare time to earn some extra bucks. There's no pay out minimum, payment is quick (less than 5 days if you choose PayPal option) or you can exchange your dollars for item in its rewards catalog. Survey opportunities are often and pay you at least $3 for around 10 minutes of your time. It's not like other sites where you have to spend an hour for lousy 50 cents. PineConeResearch is awesome, pays well and won't spam your inbox like Toluna.

I've neber been satisfied with Centurylink. It's speeds are so slow, a snail passing by in front of me would appear like a formula 1 racing car. As a customer I learned the true meaning of the company name: Centurylink ~ 'cause it takes a CENTURY to LINK!

I was a customer for over 3 years and I still would have stayed with Centurylink even though the service is horrible and the speeds are slow. I stayed because I could lock in the promotional rate ($29.99 instead of $59.99) as long as I renewed the 12-Month contract every time. Yet, it looks like a dumb guy made a mistake during the renewal process as after six month I saw a charge of $59.99. I immediately called customer service and asked why I get charged that amount when it should be $20 less, remember I signed up for 12 months. The agent told me that the employee who did the renewal process mistakenly entered only 6 months of promotional rate for the 12 month contract. So I told him to correct the mistake and charge me the promotional rate for the next six months. End of story. However, the customer service agent told me he can't do that as I "agreed" to the terms back then. I replied that I made it lould and clear that I only renew if I get 12 months of service and the customer service agent told me that I will get a full year of promotional rate. Nonetheless, this idiot on the phone repeated over and over that he couldn't change anything than pay the regular rate for a "service" not even worth single rusty, dirty penny. I got so angry I told him I quit. He warmed me about the $200 early termination fee.

I cancelled my contract with Centurylink early anyways. And yes, Centurylink has sent me a $200 bill plus some other charges for my early termination. Yet, I won't pay anytime soon that bill. I plan to pay that final bill at the speed of Centurylink.

Tip for consumers: Even if you have no other broadband provider than Centurylink think twice before signing up with those suckers.

Another reviewer described Legerweb as a fraud. That's not true. I am with Legerweb for almost over 3 years and received always my check. The only thing I complain is the low amount of surveys you receive. It takes a loing time to get the minimum balance accumulated necessary to request a check which is $20 as of this writing.

Screenwisetrends is OK as long as you connect the maximum number of devices to your account and get so $3 a week simply by handing over your browsing history and habits. Of course, if you're privacy minded, then that's not for you.

Besides privacy issues, one thing that's annoying is the VERY SLOW payment process. It takes a LONG time to accumulate enough to request a reward. Even worse, it takes up to 6 weeks to receive the reward. Worst is that sometimes Screenwisetrends does not send the reward even after 6 weeks. So, you have to write an email telling what's about the reward you ordered. Until nowk I get my reward then but it's an extra hassle. I think people deserve better than that: You waited enough to get the minimum balance accumulated, yet waiting up to 6 weeks?! Kind of lame service IMHO.

Tip for consumers: Always check your reward status and complain by email if it's over 6 weeks in order to get your reward

Vitacost's customer service improved a lot in recent years and customer service agents are friendly and eager to help. Besides, shipments are well packaged. The prices are great and you get lots of sales offered.
