After receiving a puzzle you gift at Christmas we were quite impressed. As avid puzzlers we have several friends we wanted to send a gift to. After placing an order which I thought I had deleted I went on to place another order.
When I reviewed my order I did not see that the original one had not been deleted. When I received my confirmation via email I saw that the price was double. I am mediately sent them an email after trying to find a phone number to cancel the original order They said it was too late and I'm saying it was within 30 minutes of the order. But it wasn't too late for them to have already withdrawn the money. And they said they couldn't cancel an order that was personalized but I thought that was what puzzle you was all about all of them are personalized right? Anyway I feel like I've been scammed and robbed and I would never ever recommend them to anybody

After searching for an order in our system using your first name, I wasn't able to find one. Could it be that you ordered from another company?
