My company acquired another company so I needed to change the information on the Merchantcircle website. I already have the email account from the company acquired, I do not have the password as the previous owner didn't have it. So I attempted several times to get the password reset. It took nearly 6 hours for it to send. I don't leave the browser open all day and night after the company closes. I emailed their support, their response has been silent. That also takes apparently too long to respond. I have no way to access the account so I can change the information. Support doesn't reply, their servers are way either outdated to push queries within recommended time frames or they got it set up very poorly.

Either way i'm still getting clients going to the wrong location way out of the way and complaining to me about it. So I am going to pass on the complaining from my clients to those responsible for it.
