I have placed my order 16days ago, which still has not arrived, so I needed to buy something else, cannot wait several weeks!?! But HQ Hair does not want to give me refund and cancel this order!
They took my money but do not deliver up to 30 days! However, they do not warn about the 30days delivery before finalising order and payment! Very dodgy practice!
