Ordered tank 6th nov told 8 to 10 weeks customer service is disgraceful the man i spoke to was so rude thinks he knows the law the sale of goods act and consumer Credit act i explained and sent proof that im disabled and when you phone the 2 land line numbers no one answers both get diverted to Vodafone voicemail one mailbox is full iv left quiet a few messagrs since 6th November and and over 30 emails they dont read the emails either delivery address not updated sent wrong size tank spec second week of january i think this is a one man company to be honest as there is no showroom to view tanks i cant say what build quality is like as its gone week 11 now. Tried to cancel order and was told i wont get my depisit back as they just started the build iv had no communication over my build spec i picked so lets hope they built the right tank i should of read the reviews on the Web before i paid anything thank god my Credit card company told me im covered had to contact TRAIDING STANDARDS agency so pay with your Credit card and you be ok if i got told terms and conditions awell prime aquariums breeched that from the start they lost all there emails one excuse then they blamed covid19 then tried to charge me 78 pound each for 2 pallats if the tank arrives i will be going over it with a fine tooth comb but on reading reviews this company lies to customers and takes advantage of disabled People as iv discovered there ment to phone you and go through the specifcations of my order that never happened to this day and when i asked for info when tank build was started still waiting for info and full prime breakdown just send emails to this company as calling them is a waste of time you just get a arrogant rud
E man on the other end i put the phone down on him 3 times cos trying to get a Word in he over talk you all the time me and my wife found out
