WCO.tv (and it's variants) does what it says - it allows you to watch Anime and Cartoons. You can either watch them free (which means you need adblock disabled to a certain point) or you can contact their Support to register in order to pay for the premium version. Content is exactly the same, just no ads and multiple versions of the videos. The low cost of premium is just to help them maintain the servers mainly following the massive view increase during COVID.

Free version is perfectly fine, though. As mentioned, you need to have your adblockers set to a certain point or the videos won't play. Doesn't have to be completely off, I ran fine with mine turned on pre-premium sign up. People that make comments about it not working are trolls or just too incompitent to know how to troubleshoot their own technical problems. Probably the same kind of people that would complain about something not turning on when it isn't connected to a power source.
