Never received refund for items I returned. I raised with their customer service centre, but got blunt reply with no help whatsoever. Totally annoying experience. Stay away!

Terrible customer service and they don't refund your money back for returned items

“I had similar experience with them. It was so frustrating experience dealing with their customer service, which don't care about customer at all. Refund money never received, and account deleted now, so never buying again from them.”
