I was charged $30.00 for a subscription. Since Customer Service NEVVVVVAAA RESPONDED NOT sure if that charge would have been monthly!? Certainly tried multiple times to contact them TO NO AVAIL!

BTW… My research found... "The tiers start as low as $5.00 per month..."

Such an awful experience! I get a notice my 'items' had been delivered and obviously my credit card charged.BUT they had NOT been delivered!

Tried on their website to contact Customer Service NO LUCK! Also they NEVVVVVAAAA responded to any of my emails! Thumbs down for Us.Shein!

DO NOT fall for their claims to block unwanted pop-up adds from your computer or laptop! If I could give this company a MINUS 10 I would. NOTHING but a scam! AND forget about their customer service,, You'll NEVVVVAAAA have contact with the same person! I had to go through a David, Naomi, Gia, Shirley, and Russell! WITH NO RESOLUTION!
