The dress we ordered for my daughter's school curriculum day was delivered with a large hole down the front. When I called the only assistance customer service would offer me was to send me a return shipping label to refund me once the damaged item was returned to their warehouse. I'd then need to place a second order for a replacement dress paying full price for the dress and shipping. However, now that we are just a week out from the school event I will now need to pay for rush shipping the insure the replacement dress arrives on time. They would not even offer to credit the difference in the rush shipping on the second order! This a terrible company!
