I have to wear wigs because of Alopcia and because of Covid, my regular supplier was closed.
Before buying from URHair, I asked if I bought two different shades, could I return the one not needed to change for the one I choose so I have two. The answer was yes...
They took forever to arrive (made in Shanghai) and on taking the one I liked the colour of from the box, it was very thin hair, had a bald patch on top with no hair and a clump sewn in together producing a sort of mini pony tail. Titally useless... Plus dark Brown hair on a light colour cap means you can see through the hair when it moves
I contacted Lisa the owner of UHair to return for a refund. Her answer was to reconsider because she will loose money! I had soent over £120 and waited 5 weeks!... Her next response was 15% discount to order two more! WHAT? I refused and said I would take £100 back (losing money) and pay for their return... I didn't need to offer this.
The next response was to give her ANOTHER £80 to order again...
I am now going through my bank for a FULL REFUND
These wigs look nice in the pictures, look nice when you first take then out of the box, but are no good for everyday wear and are very thin and not for everyday use.
My current four wigs (all the same) have done over three years and are far better than these
URHair use the same Shanghai manufacturer and chart for their website as many other sellers use and have no control over quality. They are simply 'middle men'
How could you even wear this to the dentist. A dead give away that it's a wig... Terrible quality.
No returns are complicated as what is written on the website... Lisa is complicated and won't accept returns. I will let the bank sort this now...
AVOID
The last photo shown is my current wig that has had over three years every day use... Perfect parting and no bald patches even now and is still very think
