I called customer service and they said that I had to call them before I sent the product back. I looked on the wesite again and NOWHERE does it say that. I sent it back and sent them a photo of the package and tracking number. Exactly what the RETURNs page says to do. They are suggesting that they are not going to return my money. I've been emailing for days and they interpret my emails as if the product has not shown up. I'm completely confused and disappointed with this company.
