Apparently you don't get to report bad service you receive by using door dash. I got told tonight there's nothing they could do and to pretty much deal with it. Sorry but I was raised that if something isn't right, you correct it somehow some way. Nope not according to them. I'm giving my business to Uber eats and grub hub, door dash is a joke. As a paying customer, I do feel it's only right for them to correct any wrongdoings on their part but nope, I guess they're without fault on everything.
