PEOPLE PLEASE DON'T FALL INTO THEIR TRAP! Before buying a dress from their website, I went back and forth with their customer service to make sure the colour shown in the picture was exactly what they were going to send me as I wanted this dress for my bridesmaids and obviously I needed the dress in the same exact colour as they advertise and show on their website due to my wedding theme being that colour! They confirmed with me that yes this is champagne and that yes it will be the same exact colour sent to you. I got the dress two days ago and was so shocked as I opened the box. The dress is NOTHING like the 'high quality' dress they keep telling you about online. It was so itchy, uncomfortable and had strings coming out of it. I emailed them right away. They asked for PERSUASIVE pictures. I sent them 3 pictures, one comparing the dress in the pic and the dress they sent me side by side, and TWO of the irritations on my skin! This is fraud. Telling me they are in China so the shipping fee to send it back is $40 and whatever fee for restocking the dress. Nowhere on their website do they talk about a RESTOCKING FEE, or their TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. You don't wanna go through this TRUST ME! DON'T GET SCAMMED!
