I rented a car for 12 days from August 15 thu 26,2021 at Green Motion Heathrow branch on a visit to UK, through Priceline. It turned out to be a stressful costly mistake. I wish I had read poor consumer reviews of Green Motion Car Rental Franchise. Their Heathrow Branch took an hour and half to deliver me the car because of their short staffing. It resulted in my being late for an appointment. The branch offers no shuttle service to/from Heathrow Airport and is located about a 20 minute bus ride. On return of car, the attendant charged me £160 for a very minor easily removable, scuff mark on one of the wheels. I objected to the charge as no joint walk through had been performed at the time of delivery. My subsequent complaint letter to their Customer Service Dept (see below)was denied. On top the company charged my credit card for £68 for incurring a parking violation of £60 for being late by 17 minutes. I found out later that it was their Admin fee and I still had to pay £60. Fine to ParkingEye. I have contacted my Card Issuer and Visa to dispute both of these false charges. The company has a notorious reputation. I have experienced both their poor service and hidden after rental charges on flimsy grounds. Below was my letter to the Customer Service
Dear Heathrow Green Motion,
I donot accept the accuracy of your statements and the damage claim in the below email from my Credit Card.
There was no 2 condition check done at the time nor any inspection performed by your staff at the time the car was delivered. Your staff was too busy at the time, and the car was undergoing wash. Because you were short staffed on the morning of August 15,2021, I was able to get the the possession of the car hour and half late from the actual booking agreement of 8.30 a.m. i have phone record to prove it. The car was delivered in a wet condition. The small unnoticeable scuff mark on the steel rim of the passenger side front wheel probably pre existed.

I am most dissatisfied with your staff Mr. Muneeb and his Manager in the manner they explained the damage to me. Asking if I had taken photos of the car prior to delivery. I was never asked take any photos of the entire car nor is it a practice of rental car companies. Markings are done in the walk through on piece of paper. I challenge that these slight marks existed from previous rental that your staff missed.

Based on the above explanation, the statement on documents signed by me and the photos taken today, I strongly dispute your claim and will esclate the dispute for resolution with my Credit Card Bank as well as Priceline.

Tip for consumers:
Dont use this car rental company if you want to avoid stress and costly hidden charge on false or flimsy grounds.
