Horrible and still filing complaints with BBB AND NOW BBB sent me attorney generals number and address to send everything there as I have proof Payne said new glasses shipped and replaced June 30 with an order number and never received! My GRANDAUGHTER got her glassss 17 years old then went to drivers place to get permit as she needed glasses can't drive or work without them now and can't send back before getting another as she gets bad headaches. We have fought Payne for two months with emails stating they will send the pair out and I have to return the others and they made exception for my GRANDAUGHTER. I have all the emails comments and they out and out lied. I'm filing a complaint in PA with the eye glass companies and texting everyone who is buying or bought from Payne including all websites and www.Tennesseeinvestigator.com to find complaints against their scam company

I had a five piece furniture set it took five hours to put together and my husband has terminal lung disease. When we took the cushions out of the plastic they were separated and all coming apart. Walmart gave me the Merax number to call who they purchase from and they would not return calls or even respond to a letter sent certified mail and several emails to their company! FRAUDS! BEWARE!
