I paid the extra charge for faster shipping, not knowing I was less than fifty miles away from them. Due to their ridiculous choices my package has been sitting in the FedEx distribution center in my town for three days and won't be delivered for two more days. Monster Scooters says that's totally fine with them and that I should shut up and take it. When they were informed that I maintain more than a dozen minibikes for the neighborhood kids and that I would no longer buy parts from them if this wasn't rectified, they acted as though that would be no loss for them. I live in Colorado, and in this particular case, I'd rather see the tax money go to another state. Run as far away from these Clowns.
