Refused to return and replace a defective/ripped dress which is obviously unwearable. Took them
2 weeks to respond to my countless emails and subsequent pictures I'd included in the emails showing the ripped dress. Then they finally responded that they're unable to do any returns... they can only give me a coupon for a discount to "reorder the garnet." ARE YOU EFFING KIDDING ME? What kind of horse manure is THAT?!? Don't throw your money away and order elsewhere online folks!
