“No order received. Paid in full on 4th March and now on 27th April, still have not received!”

I paid for this expensive item at the beginning of March and have never received my order. It is now 27th April! No-one at Mr fluffy has taken ownership, they have stolen my money. Please avoid this company at all costs.
