I ordered from Lookbook store over a week ago, and as of today my tracking order says my dress hasn't even been shipped yet. I've called customer service three times, left messages, and emailed, and I haven't gotten any reply yet.
My tracking number is LS*******CN.
Extremely frustrated. Unless this is resolved and somehow fixed I will not order again.
