AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS.
The only reason I give them one star is because you can't rate them zero stars.
I ordered 5 hats, one was damaged (frayed along the sides), one was marked as a 7 1/2 and was EXTREMELY large, and one was the wrong hat. Only 40% of my order was correct. I tried contacting customer service and the woman I was chatting with via Live Chat was EEXXTTRREEMMEELLYY rude and unprofessional. She told me she would give me ONE free hat if I ordered more hats and then proceeded to give me attitude and tell me to leave before she stopped responding to any more of my requests and questions.

I will be paying full price for my hats from Lids from now on where I know I will get exactly what I order and get my service from someone who knows how to talk to people without giving them attitude.
