This is the worst online shopping site I have ever experienced. First, they make you give them a credit card number to bill you a $10 fee every month. Everyone I have talked to who has been dissatisfied with the site has had a next to impossible time getting them to stop billing this fee once the service has been cancelled. Also, despite their claim that they sell designer hand bags, the quality of what you get is very low and of suspicious origin. I got one purse that was supposed to be Gucci, but was an off color and was damaged. After a lot of hassle and calling and emailing nonstop, they finally told me they would credit back my card, but then refused to do so after I returned the bag. I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and trying to let everyone know to stay away from this horrible, fraudulent company.
