This is for The Woodlands, TX location. Had to pay almost $10 for parking and walked in to find my appointment had never been booked. I haven't had my hair done in over a year and I have a special event later today and was looking forward to this. Friday is my only day off of work and I am a busy mom with 5 kids. The girl at the counter was rude about it which made it all worse. So disappointed! They obviously had all of my info. In the system when I called to book the appointment but somehow my appointment wasn't booked. Won't be going back there ever again.
