8+ years and their site goes down, taking 800+ photos of mine with it. Not a word other then "were sorry".
Then to top it off, I paid over $480 in less then a year to host em all. Seems when you upgrade your plan for more space, you have to manually cancel your old automated payments with paypal, otherwise they keep billing ya.

We deserve SOMETHING. I lost SO MANY trusted memories with them... I still have times I cry over...
