I order on 23 Jan and my credit card was charged the same day. I called and sent an email on 30 Jan to ask about a delivery date. No response. I called again on 5 Feb and send another email. No reply.

During the date range you mentioned our company was in the process of relocating from California to Tennessee, so we were shut down for a few weeks. This closure was advertised on our website and on all order confirmations, but our customer service staff was totally "offline" during the move as we were physically relocating our homes and our business across the country. I'm sure this issue has long since been resolved, but wanted to reach out through this platform in case there was any confusion.
