I received a defective item from projectorscreen.com, which was no fault of their own of course. But my problem came when I tried to return it for an exchange within the first week of purchasing. Sadly they only have a 14 day return policy and you are charged a significant restocking fee. I was left with no choice but to go to the manufacturer for repair/replacement warranty, which turned out to be a long and frustrating venture. Projectorscreen.com does have very good customer service, but beware of their return policy. I won't be purchasing there any more due to that. I will stick with sellers that have hassle-free policies for returns and/or exchanges like Amazon.

Our policy regarding defective items is that you are due for an exchange should it be reported defective within 14 days of receiving the product. IF you had contacted us within a week of receiving it, there should have been no issue in receiving that replacement.
