BEWARE... THIS COMPANY SUCKS! CANCELLED MY ORDER AND ON FEB. 2 THEY SAID I WOULD HAVE MY REFUND WITHIN 1-7 DAYS. IT HAS NOW BEEN 15 DAYS AND NOTHING. THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO ANY EMAILS. NO CONTACT

OMG, this company is horrible. Bought a collar size Large, said it fits 17"-24" neck. I got the product promptly, but it did not even fit my dogs neck plus i measured the collar and the collar itself is NOT EVEN 21" long. This all happened in February of 2014. I am still trying to return this thing and get my money back! Do not buy from this company. They don't even respond to your emails and there is no where to call. HORRIBLE COMPANY, SERIOUSLY!
