Easy to use, easy to 'request your food' - pity the restaurant can cancel your order without a reason.

I didn't see the email (it went to spam) and waited an hour only to find out no food was on the way.

There has to be a better way than the current one for 'confirming' an order

I usually send domestic parcels which are quick and easy.

Recently I had to send something to the US and I was disappointed that a crucial piece of information was requested almost at the end of the form. I needed a number from HMRC which had a 3-day wait, so I wasted ages filling in the form only to have to start over days later.

Otherwise, really great!

I enjoy shopping on M&S, I can always find something I want, but then I have to checkout.

I do everything online and I like to think of myself and fairly savvy, but their checkout has fooled me several times. I think I'm done, walk away from my tablet or pc, wait a few days, wait a bit longer and my stuff doesn't arrive. There are just too many steps in the checkout - you think you're done when you're not.

When I do get it right, I love the clothes! :)

I love Amazon. I buy almost everything on there. Couple of clicks and I'm done - huge range of products, fast check out and next day delivery... what could I possibly criticize?

Packaging... there's tons of it. I shop a lot and every item comes in huge boxes with tons of extra packing. I know it needs to arrive in one piece but is a whole tree of paper really necessary?

My go-to when I need some new tech. Easy to navigate site and great after care (if you need it).

They sent the wrong power supply with a couple of monitors but their team dispatched new ones straight away.

I have a small agency and sometimes there just aren't enough hours in the day. That's where DotSquares make all the difference.

I work with a dedicated project manager and his team. They are always quick to respond and help me get projects completed. If things go wrong (and they do - nothing is perfect!) they have always responded positively with a can-do attitude and resolved any issues we've encountered.

Their team give me access to an incredible amount of knowledge and expertise and I trust them to continue giving me the great service I've always experienced.

Tip for consumers:
Communication is key, it's also 2-way. Be ready to have a discussion and be clear about what you want and they will deliver.
