Made several purchases on Mercari with no problem. I didn't receive package as it was lost by UPS. On contacting Mercari thy accused me of giving wrong address but correct address on receipt. On filing complaint MY account was cancelled and Ihad to get refund from credit card.
BEWARE! You have NO protection from Mercari as a buyer.

Sold estate diamond and garnet earrings on Tradesy. Buyer kept them 3 weeks then on last day to return them due to more wear than! I stated they were used from estate and price reflected that fact. They were 1/3 price of new.
They wee professionally cleaned when sent and came back obviously worn.

I return items and have been waiting 3 weeks for a credit to my credit card. No answer to emails and recording when I called. I shop frequently online and have had no problems except for Bluefly.com.

Buyer beware!

High reserve price + buy-in fee = S/H = loser ( by the time all three items are paid for one can pay $15.50 and above. For $15.00 gift card.

This site is on its last leg before closing down. I would be cautious that I would spend money and not get prize.
