My opinion bill collecting been real chore: broke roof and ran and court Jeremy Leon PHILLIPS failed to meet Texas windstorm inspections standards
Failed hire licensed engineer to inspect the construction of roof
Failed properly repair the eaves
Failed to properly repair whole roof
Failed to install / repairs the spirit
Failed install two layers of felt
Failed to lay shingles evenly
Failed roofing edge
Failed everything and broke roof and ran. Charge at home owner home depo right before court date. Phillips displays anger management. He broke roof and ran.
