Trying to contact customer service is a nightmare. My husband bought me a beautiful dress that arrived covered in make-up, unfortunately there was no other item in stock and i desperately wanted this dress. We contacted them by email - replies take 5 days on average- we requested a discount (to cover the cost etc of specialised dry cleaning)which they offered but we cant actually get them to reply in order to find out how we get said discount into our account! Customer Service really lets this company down in a big way.
