Website very clear - BUT they lie - we ordered a chandelier August 17,2010. We paid by credit card - have an order number - initially someone answered phones - now no one answers phone - phone line just drops - we noticed on the website that the chandelier that we ordered is now $600.00 more than when we ordered. THIS IS FRAUD!
