A scammer has stolen my product photos and is using them to claim the products are theirs on Opensky. These are PHOTOS of MY PRODUCT, in my yard and in customer yards. I brought this to the attention of Opensky and was appalled by the response. Rather than doing work up front, and requiring vendors to PROVE they are who they claim to be, Opensky requested that I prove that the products were mine. Only after I prove that the items are trade marked as mine, will Opensky address the claim with THEIR vendor who they are allowing to scam customers. Opensky owes it to their customers that vendors are thoroughly vetted in order to be added as a vendor and allowed to sell products. Beware! Photo and description from scammer is attached.
