Bought two large sofas, these are not made as they used to be. Feel cheated! So uncomfortable I have to put cushions on the seats, I am a pensioner and I can't afford to replace them. To say I am devastated is a understatement. I had bought from them in the past and it was fine, beware Multiyork is now expensive rubbish. Could have bought from next ay half the price, and been comfortable.

THREE WEEKS AGO I RETURNED 3 BABY DRESSES, THEY ONLY REFUNDED 2. FOUR PHONE CALLS, TWO EMAILS, POSTAGE PROOF COPED AND SENT, AND STILL NO RESPONSE AT ALL!

DRAB CLOTHES, NO REAL STYLE TO ANYTHING, AWFUL COLOURS. I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY CONTINUE TO BE ON OUR HIGH STREET. THEY DON'T KNOW WHO THEY ARE AMING AT SO IT'S JUST A JUMBLE. I SHOPPED WITH THEM FOR 40 YEARS, NOW I AM DONE.

I DON'T KNOW HOW I WOULD MANAGE WITHOUT AMAZON. GREAT CHOICE,
