Ordering from Stylewe is like playing roulette... FIrst, their sizes are all over the place. I wear medium and received anything from XXL to small petite, in spite of following their sizing charts. Returns are a BIG NO. Shipping costs to China are so high that you are better off just donating their stuff. I have ordered about 15 items, lured by their website and their attractive pricing structure with discounts for multiple items ordered, only two items are wearable, the rest either the wrong size, incomplete outfits or just not what the website promised. One item was a "Leather purse" that smelled so offensive that after three weeks of airing it, I just had to get rid of it. Two out of 15 - too expensive for my budget! I actually save tons of money by going to Macys instead. One last thing: shipping times. Anything from 4 weeks to 3 months. Even with Covid, 3 months is just too long. So - not a fan of Stylewe.

Tip for consumers:
Go to Macy's instead. You will save tons of money in the long run.

I have never encountered more arrogant, rude and clueless customer service employees than at Spectrum. We have not been able to access our streaming channels for days now and there is not assistance whatsoever. Looking for another provider.

Even one star is too good for this $#@! Company. I ordered a bridal wrap and a "satin" clutch from them and wanted to return both because the wrap is made of some cheap fuzzy material and has a horrible stench to it, and the clutch is dirty, cheap looking and is not anything like the picture. You cannot return any items. Period.

I have tried NUMEROUS times to make my order...it reset SO many times and I almost stopped trying...
